§.1 General provisions 
The administrator of the data is the Association of Veterans of the United Nations Peace Mission in Cambodia 1992-1993 Szymanowskiego Street 56 / 4 73-110 Stargard NIP: 854 242 27 01 . Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secure servers. 
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (where this follows directly from the description). 
For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" is replaced by "you", "Administrator" by "us". The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. 
We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used. The personal data you provide in the contact form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorised persons. 
§2 Data controller 
The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address. 
The service provider is also the administrator of the newsletter subscribers. 
Personal data is processed: 
a. in accordance with data protection legislation, 
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, 
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof and proper performance of the Services provided by electronic means, 
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes) and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject:- to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by you if you have subscribed to the newsletter, 
Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data. 
The Service Provider shall have the right to make the User's personal data and other data of the User available to entities authorised under the relevant legislation (e.g. law enforcement agencies). 
The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. 
The Service Provider shall not make personal data available to entities other than those authorised by the relevant legislation. 
We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and have access control in place to minimise the impact of any data security breach. 
Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we work closely. 
§3 Cookies 
The website www.grupa-azymut.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognises the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters only allow the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites. 
The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form. 
The data we collect is used to monitor and see how users use our sites, in order to improve the site by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behaviour on the site. 
Cookies identify the user so that the content of the site they are using is tailored to their needs. By remembering the user's preferences, it makes it possible to tailor the advertisements targeted to the user. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of comfort on our website and the data collected is only used internally by the UN PEACE MISSION VETERANS ASSOCIATION IN CAMBODIA 1992-1993 to optimise operations. 
We use the following cookies on our website : 
(a) "necessary" cookies to enable the use of the services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services which require authentication on the website; 
(b) cookies used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of authentication on the website;

Additional personal data, such as e-mail addresses, is only collected where the user has expressly consented to this by completing the form. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to provide the service in question.
